I have been trying to figure out the details about a particular portion of
the document Microsoft has put together at:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnwmt/html/moviemakersfx.asp

This mentions an Effect named Filter which has several EffectIDs and some
ControlValues to go with each of the ID but nowhere in the article is it
explained which ControlValues apply to which EffectID. Does any body know
anyhting about these?

For MS employees, how can I contact one of the persons who wrote this
article? Can you kindly forward this message to either of Josh Cohen, Mike
Matsel or Peter Turcan please or send me thier email address

Basically the question is that:

In the article mentioned above, the Filter Effects specify a set of generic
parameters called ControlValue1, ControlValue2, ..., ControlValue8 etc..
Where can I find more details about these parameters and their contextual
meanings corresponsing to each type of filter ?

Thanks in advance

Rehan
