Is there anyway to specify movie settings other than selecting from the predetermined list?

I have a bunch of WMV files that have:
Bit rate: 699Kbps
Video size: 352 x 288
Aspect Ratio: 11:9

Is there any option to just use the same settings as the video files in the collection?

All I really want to do is combine them. Windows Movie Maker insists on converting the format and
says it will take hours to do.

yes and no...

you can use a custom profile to align with the settings you want... see my
Saving Movies > Custom WMV Profiles page

there's no option for Movie Maker to combine files without re-rendering....

Thanks.

It would be nice if you could simply say copy all settings from input file.
