MM2 Closes when I edit

I just downloaded MovieMaker 2 and when I add in a
video/pic tranisition to the timeline or storyboard the
programs closes down and I return to my desktop. This
occurs everytime I try to edit something (e.g. add text,
etc...) can someone help / tell me why? and how to
fix....thank you, tania

I'm having the same problem but it closes after I try to
insert a TITLE or CREDITS... Movie Maker simply closes ouf
of nowhere everytime.

I tried in my sisters PC and it works fine... dont know
why only in my PC it closes.

Thanks, renaming the divxaf.ax file solved the problem for me!

try this: start>programs>accessories>system information>tools>direct x diagnostic tool>more help>override. Select Default. It worked for me.
