Ok, i have just started using WMM, and everytime i drag a clip into the story
board, it just disappears and isn't added, i know its noobish but how do u to
it?

Your doing it the right way.
What types of clips are they? eg: filetypes/extensions

They are .avi, and are clips of a larger movie that was split up

The only thing I can think of here is a bad file.
Does the AVI play fine in your Media Player?

It plays, fine in the media player, and all the induidual clips play fine
aswell
