Capturing video

I have a Sharp ViewcamZ VL-Z3U Camcorder/ditigal still camera. I can not transfer my movies from my camcorder to my computer. I am however able to transfer my pictures to my pc. ANY SUGESTIONS.

Are you trying to use the USB connection to do it? If so it will not work
properly, you need to connect the cam to the pc via firewire. Check the
device manager to see if you have a ieee1394 port on the pc, if so you just
need a cable. If you run XP, you can use movie maker to capture the video.

I have the same camera and had the same problem. Graham hit it right on the
head. I got the right cable to my 1394 port and all worked fine.

I have the similar problem.. any helps?
