Cannot publish movie

Hi
My friend is having problems with Movie Maker. When she clicks on publish it
goes to save movie and estimating time remaining and then just stops.
Then she gets this error message and it crashes.Can anyone help?

Try reinstalling your codecs with K-Lite Codec Pack
