I saved a streaming Quicktime video and converted the MOV file to AVI with
IBN MOV converter. When I play it with Windows Media Player the audio is in
sync, but when I import it into Movie Maker the audio is about 2 secs out of
sync.

Can any one help?

WHat sort of avi is it? It needs to be dv-avi, or maybe try making a wmv.

I know that Total Video Converter supports importing MOV file format
very well. You can try to covert with this software.
