WMM to DVD

I have read so many of the threads on burning a DVD using Nero8 or Roxio but
I'm still having trouble. I bought both program because I was so frustrated
- and I still am. I have ruined so many DVDs. It goes through the process
but in the end I get a failed message. Here is the last one....

Failure message: 'The project could not be recorded because not all the
necessary licenses have been activated.
[17:17:43] ExpressUI Please follow the instructions on the screen to
activate your license. After the license has been successfully activated,
please restart the application and try again.'

I own the NERO program so what does this mean.

I tried to burn another movie and I got this error....

I don't use Nero or Roxio, but you can get good help at this web
