when I run wmplayer.exe nothing happens, whether I open wmplayer.exe or pick
it from the start menu. I'm suspicious this is related to a recent itunes
install. Where do I go from here since there is no download for VISTA?

P.S. Vista SP1 was also just installed. An attempt to uninstall WMP also
does nothing.

Is "wmplayer.exe" listed in the Processes tab of Task Manager?

What devices are attached to the system?

Thanks very much for your response. I suddenly realized though I hadn't even
tried rebooting which fixed the problem. Duh!
