I have most of my CD collection (over 200 CD's) ripped to a computer with
WMP 11 installed. Most days I'll boot up the computer and drag "ALL SONGS"
to the playlist and it will begin to play. I have the playlist shuffled and
I do not have "REPEAT" checked so I would expect that I could theoretically
go thru the whole collection without hearing the same song repeated, unless
I happen to have two copies of the same song in the list or if I reboot the
computer and have WMP start over. However, that doesn't seem to be the way
it's working. Every day I know that I hear at least one song, and usually
more, repeated and I know that they aren't a song that I have more than one
copy of. Is there something that I don't understand about the way WMP works
or is there a flaw in my WMP 11? BTW, I'm running WMP 11 on WIN XP on that
computer. TIA!
