About all you can do is break out the audio track, and process it
heavily.
For example if you can break out the audio track to a WAV file, then
programs like Audacity
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ may be able to
apply EQ (equalisation) to boost the speech frequencies at about
400-4khz and reduce the background frequencies - typically you'd use a
Notch filter to do those steps/=-
That can help to can the bassy / high treble which often appears in
music - effectively you can de-emhpasise it a bit with EQ but not
eliminate it of course.
