As Zach said - you can import the file to Moviemaker, delete the video
track and save-out as WMA.
Alternatively you could use a file-sending service such as Dropsend

Typically those services have send limits and storage duration may
only be a few days, so it's sometimes preferable to phone your friend
and tell them to pick up their email in which you send the location to
the file they can grab.
