Anyone know how to export database material from WMP11 -the powertoys
versions suggested don't seem to work (at least, when running under Vista).

A work around might be to use MP3Tag (http://www.mp3tag.de/en/)
It exports all the tags to eg. CSV

Dale Preston also made a media exporter application last year :

Thanks for the advice. I downloaded the programme you suggested, but
sadly, it doesn't seem to work with Vista - it identifies the headers
but hangs on the first record

Cheers

Hmm it might be worth contacting Dale through his site - under the
screenshot it says "All Vista computers have .Net 3.0 and will run
Preston Media Metadata Backup" so I wonder if something specific is up
with your PC or WMP
