Hi Folks,

I'm running Vista Home Premium on a dual core machine with 2gig of DDR2 ram.

My problem is that when I play an album or playlist of MP3's through either
WMP or MC they play fine until 20 secs before the end of the track. At about
this point, there's a couple or 3 stutters as if the PC was "getting the
next track ready"

Other players play fine, ie the otherwise awful Sonic Stage and so on.

I've looked through the options and can't see anything adrift.

Help please !!!

What sound card do you have?
Who sold you this PC?

If you upgrade the sound card driver and turn off Enhancements, are you then
fixed up?
