downloading from buy.com

i recently was rewarded several songs from a survey group, which gives you
songs from buy.com,when i download these songs,( which are paid for ) my
player wont play them due to an error saying
Windows Media Player cannot play, synchronize, or burn a protected file
because an error occurred while verifying the license.
even though i basically purchased these songs, can any 1 tell me how to go
about getting this fixed ??
any help at all wuld be greatly appreciated

What's the URL that you are taken to when you press Web Help on that Error
dialog?
