Hello,
For some reason my Media Player 11 (on Vista) will no longer play radios
that i get from the internet. It keeps telling me that the protocol is not
supported. I am attempting to connect to radio shows that i have listened to
before and had no problem. I have checked to see if i there are an updates
but there are none. I have checked to see if all the network connections are
checked and they are.
Does any one have some idea about what i might do to get the player to work
as it did before...
Thanks

Hello, Thank you for replying to my post. I had actually given up hope that
someone would actually reply to it. I tried the methods that were listed
there and i encountered some problems and questions for them.
The first method of registering teh Wmnetmgr.dll file, receive the error
code 0x8002801c
For the second and third method, i was wondering if i should delete both
files that are in the folder. I have an XLM Document and on that is XLM
document type definition.
Once again thank you for your first reply. I hope you could help me a little
bit more.
Thank you/

You need to run cmd.exe As An Administrator and then register wmnetmgr.dll
in that cmd.exe window.

Yes, if you rename or delete both those files the player should be able to
restore/rebuild them.
