I have MSN Messenger 8 and Windows Media Player (hereafter referred to as
WMP) 9. When I tell MSN to show what I'm listening to, it says that it
requires WMP 9 or higher and gives me a link to download the latest version
of WMP. Now, I don't want WMP 11 because I don't like how it looks or the way
the UI works, but MSN should still recognise that I already have WMP 9. The
MSN Messenger Music plug-in is active in WMP, and there seems to be no other
reason that it doesn't recognise it. Anyone know what's going on here?

Never mind, sorted it out. Downloaded registry entries from here
http://www.myplugins.info/msn-messenger-plugin.php this is after I downloaded
the "Now Playing" plugin for Winamp.
