Yes, there's a command line option to do that listed on this page :

Where it discusses the skin name, it's literally that. So if you had a
skin called "corporate" then you'd setup a shortcut which ended like
wmplayer "c:\filename.wma?wmpskin=corporate"
To do that, copy and paste the WMP icon on your desktop (making a new
shortcut icon), rename that, then right-click, choose Properties and
enter the text similar to above in the text entry box for what the
shortcut icon should run.
