I'm making videos which play ok until the file size exceeds 2 Gb. Is there a
maximum file size for Media Player 11 and is there a way to get around it?

What file type are you using? If you're using AVI, you may have problems
depending upon what creation tool you're using.

They are AVI, the creation tool is Webcam Recorder 2.19 written by Mike

You should verify with Webcam Recorder that they support large AVI files.
OpenDML over ten years extended AVI to support >2GB files, I'd suspect this
is a bug in Webcam Recorder.
