I received several mp3 folders, but some of the sub-directories are not
appearing in the library. I can get to them from windows explorer. One
example is my Allman Brothers folder which has 4 folders(sub-directories)
under it which are specific albums, but only 2 of the 4 appear in the library.

If you drag and drop those folders onto the WMP library, do they then show
up?

Not sure how to do that when WMP is running, any hints. As I understand it
WMP is a database that points to the folders & files in their original
location, so I'm lost how to drag & drop

You can open up Explorer so you can view the folder. Open up the player so
you can view the library. Drag the folder from Explorer to the player's
library. =)
