Hi, today WMP11 just decided to crash and came up with a message, I cannot
remember exactly what it said, that basically said that WMP had crashed and
the library had malfunctioned, but it would readd all the music next time it
started.

So I restarted it, and none of the music would add to the library. And when
I go into the Add settings pressing F3, the folders it scans are removed, so
I add the ones to the list I want it to search and press OK.
But this still does not add any media to my library, and then when I check
to see if the folders I chose were still there, they are not.

I have absolutely no idea what is going on, and I would much appreciate help
on how to sort this out, or even how to reinstall it on Vista.

Many thanks

If you reset the library:
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#medialibrary
you should be good to go again.
