Can't restore my licenses

I have bought music over the years from Walmart online and saved the
licenses as well as the music downloads in folders on my hard drive. It all
worked fine until I recently reformatted my computer and reinstalled Windows
XP SP2.

After reinstalling Windows I also copied the music folders and the license
backups back to my new hard drive but now when I try to play the music Media
player 11 can't download media access rights and won't play the music.
Also, I can't figure out how to get it to restore my licenses from my backed
up files.

In Media player 9 there was a menu option for restoring licenses from local
folders, but I see no options for this in Media player 11.

Can anyone please advise on how to restore my licenses?

Thanks. I emailed walmart and they reissued my licenses.
But I will burn the songs to a cd before I lose them again.
