My friend has been using the "Guest" account on my Windows XP machine and
managed to get some Dr. Watson error. It keep shutting down IE as soon as it
open but only in the Guest account, IE is fine in my personal account. I
managed to get rid of the Dr. Watson error, but the once you typed anything
into the address bar in IE it would shut down immediately. This I have also
cured by restting ie.

However the one error I cannot get rid of and cannot find on google is the
following message "An exception occurred while trying to
"C:\Windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 4351 444 179". I get
this when I try and Delete Browsing History. Any ideas great appreciated.

Hm, I was about to ask if this was IE6, but clearly the subject line says
not.

You should probably take this to an Internet Explorer-centered newsgroup.
