moving the media window

Tutorials Win: Microsoft Windows Forum

I inadvertantly moved my media window to the top of my monitor screen and now
cannot access the top bar to move it back down. I maximize and minimize but
that top bar is still not availble to 'grab'. Any suggestions? Thanks....

Press (SHIFT + ALT + SPACEBAR) then press M
Move the window or dialog box using the up/down/left/right arrows then
press (ENTER)

I have the samething going on and i just tried what u suggested and it is not
working.. what could i be doing wrong
