how do you delete items out of display properties

I had the "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer" box come up on my
desktop. I got my desktop & screensaver tabs back. Got everything straighten
out, so I thought. Every time I reboot, I get that box back. Someone told me
to delete this box out of my desktop on the display properties but when I
right click it, it is just saying "what's this". I have windows XP.If you
left click of course it will put them item out my desk top. SO HOW DO I
DELETE THIS OUT OF MY DISPLAY PROPERTIES?????

I shall suggest you to scan your system with latest anti-malware tools
in Safe mode.

Your question is not related to Media Center, which is the topic of this
group.
You are infected with malware, I would suggest running a cleaner such as
Malwarebytes to scan and clean your system.
