It's impossible for me to boot my Windows XP system in normal start up mode.
Whenever i select normal start up mode in msconfig it checks the /SAFEBOOT
box under BOOT.INI tab. If i uncheck it it changes to Selective startup under
the general tab. What am i doing wrong? Is there something wrong with
msconfig.exe?

Make sure that you are pressing the OK/Apply button after selecting the
Normal startup.

This group is for Windows Media Center, you should repost to a more relevant
