I installed a utility from PC magazine that replaced Task Manager. It seemed
to slow down my PC so I uninstalled it. But Task Manager does not respond to
Crl-Alt-Del and I can't right click on the Task Bar and get it to start.

I found a site that provided instructions to reinstall Task Manager but I
could not find all the files needed to complete the install.

I'm running XP Pro on a 3 year old Dell XPS.

Any quick fixes?
