Hi there, I'm using Vista MC. My problem is that my computer does have
SPDIF-out onboard but not SPDIF-in. Thus, I should obtain a 3rd party sound
card with both SPDIF-in and out right? What sound card and model should I
get for just this purpose ?
At the moment when I use the Audio SPDIF-out from my Satelite Decoder and
connect directly to my SPDIF-in on my Logitech Sound System and so the audio
is out of sync with my video feed (video trailing behind) thats flowing
through the computer TV card first then to my TV Panel. I'm guessing if I
have the same flow for both audio and video, then it will be in sync.

Thanks

Media Center does not accept SPDIF-in just analogue audio L/R stereo Your satellite Set Top Box
probably has 2xRCA sockets for audio out that need to be connected to the TV tuner/capture card.
