Restore system point gone.

I started having problems with computer on Oct 31. Lost msn email folders.
Went to use restore system, which has mostly helped fix problems. All
restore points are missing before Oct. 31st. Ofcourse, if I use Oct. 31, it
give the same problems I had on that date.

Restore Points.

How do I get to drop down menu. I access system restore through control
panel and it does not say missing restore points anywhere. Sorry, but I am
beginer with this.

I am talking about the web page's drop down menu and not of your
system's.Kindly visit the site (link already mentioned earlier)and
follow my earlier's post's instructions.
