Problem with latest Media Center Fix

Ever since Microsoft Update installed the latext fix to Media Center it's not
working right.

Media Center starts playing on its own frequently while paused.
This did not happen before the latest fix.
This is on Vista Ultimate 23 bit.

I'm more concerned with where and how to report this problem to Microsoft
than I am with undoing the fix to work around the problem.

They certainly don't make it easy to report bugs that don't cause a crash
and auto-report.

Can I take it MS knows of this problem already?
