Hi

After upgrading from XP MCE to Vista my xbox360 extender will not play my
(home made) .avi.videos anymore. Although they play normal on the main PC.

Is this a codek-problem or does anyone have another solution?

Regards, Henrik

AVIs will not play on the Xbox 360 as an extender, but the AVIs will play on
the Xbox 360 using the Xbox blade.

You wouldn't have been able to directly play the avi's in the Xbox 360
Extender session, unless you were doing some type of transcoding.

See Richard's posting for one method of how to play back some AVI files with
the Xbox 360.
