Guessed right about kernel but it best suits for kernel32.dll which stores
Machine dependent drivers whereas NTOSKRNL.exe is just a bootloader
application that starts the computer from the address specified in boot.ini.
In other words it is very similar to LInux LOader in LINUX.
Best MS resolution is to follow KB (Knowledge Base article )
