i receive this message on certain web pgs: 'Error Message: Cannot Open
Webpage Because Cookies Are Not Enabled'---i go to tools, int options,
privacy, advanced where cookies are already enabled- i then re-enable cookies
to be sure, yet, i, again, cannot open those same web pgs and receive the
same message-----went to my isp and they say that microsoft has to be
contacted----anyone have the remedy please, thank you
