I have just gotten a new computer and I was wondering if there was a way to
export all of my settings (or even just a few) from my old computer so that
I don't have to reprogram media center on my new computer with all of the
series and settings that I set up on my old computer. I know there is no
export function (at least I haven't found one) but if there is a file that I
might be able to copy over. Both computers are windows vista running media
center, the only difference is that the old is Home Premium and the new is
Ultimate which I don't think should make any difference in results. thanks
in advance.

thanks! I will definitely try this out. do you know if this is something
that can be uninstalled on the new computer after I transfer the settings,
or are the settings somehow tied to the program? thanks again for your help,
