typing is slow to appear on screen

This happens in WORD, emails, etc., When I type, the words do not appear on
the screen immediately. There is like a delayed reaction. I can get several
words typed, before they appear. I have contacted Dell and they were no help.
I ran a diagnostic on the computer as they told me to, and no errors came up.
They said it may be something in the software. Anyone have this issue or know
how to fix it? Thanks!!

You need to change batteries every now and again in wireless devices
e.g. keyboard and mouse.

How much RAM memory does your computer have?

Try Ctrl+Alt+Delete to select Task Manager and click the Performance
Tab. Under Commit Charge what is the Total, the Limit and the Peak?
