I just want to confirm that it's the start button and the taskbar that
freezes.There will be half-a-dozen application open,none of which I can click
on the taskbar.BUT,I can use the applictions by ALt-Tab.I have the taskbar
open all the time with the processes arranged in the order of descending CPU
usage.I have noticed system idle process occupying majority of the
CPU(95-99),with around 2% CPU usage and very less network activity.
