There are no schools in Tianjin Province, China
(http://www.maps-of-china.com/tianjin-s-ow.shtml) that include English
as a secondary language? No libraries, either? They have Hyatt Regency
hotels and golf courses but no schools? Maybe you will have to wait
until you get into the later grades at high school before they begin
teaching English or when you can elect optional classes which could
include English. With an industrial city that includes engineering,
chemical processing, and metalwork, it sure seems like they would have
some schools and libraries there.
