Thanks for the additional info.
I have read the ref matl and didn't come up with anything.
Like a lot of folks, I have a lot of options and only so much time to spend
on what is a minor but annoying issue. I chose to load Mozilla Firebird and
leave the wreckage behind. No password problems.
