Since the installation of sp3, O.E. is unstable, e.g., my wife's emails from her web based server were transferred to O.E. with out us doing anything.     - Identity Issue I have a computer with XP Home, fully up-to date. I use OE6 and every time I start it, I get the choice of chooing one of the three identies. It works jusr fine. I have set up a laptop with XP Home, fully up-to-date with OE6 and two identities. I have not been able to configure it to always open wiht the option for choosing an identity.     - Missing Accounts on Menu Bar! Hi I have set up my default email and it all works ok, BUT I cannot set up any other accounts or even modify the existing account. In fact "Accounts" has disappeared from the menu altogether! Also I cannot set up News reader access because Accounts is missing and the link on the default page does nothing. I have tried deleting the identity, uninstalling and reinstalling OE, nothing works. There must be a system setting or a registry fault somewhere but I can't find anything. Any help please?     - Text in the body is unreadable I switched to Windows live and I can't read the text in the body. I have to copy the text and paste it into Word in order to read it. What is wrong?     - To free disk space, OE can compact massage, this can take a few mi The "To free disk space, OE can...." massage pop up every 10 seconds to remind me about it and it is so annoying for the fact that I don't even use OE at all, not even once!     - Missing HTML Code Hi -- Not sure if this is a gmail problem or an Outlook Express problem but am hoping for some suggestions. I am trying to introduce my friend to OE stationery. My gmail account is configured for POP and everything is working absolutely perfectly. HTML messages sent to my gmail address arrive absolutely intact in Outlook Express. (The copies that remain at the gmail website don't reflect the HTML code, but that is to be expected, and it's fine.) Here is the problem. My friend and I recently configured her gmail POP settings exactly the same as mine. Despite that, each of the test messages that I have sent her, (and they are very elementary, a background midi, colored border, colored background, colored text) arrives in my friend's Outlook Express Inbox almost completely stripped of code. She can see an inserted graphic but not aligned as it was placed, no background color, no marquees, etc. When I look for the source code in one of her replies to me, most of it is gone.
