If you haven't been following those caveats all along, Tami, one or both of
your identities may be damaged. Other than replacing both of them with new
identities, you'll have to use this workaround:
http://www.insideoe.com/tips/forceid.htm
With this in place, you will have to choose an identity to open OE. (And
stop using the Switch Identities feature.)
