You can't make your own e-mail address. It has to be approved by your
server.

Can you send regular mail?

Does the photo show in Sent Items?

Can you send it to yourself?

Any error message?

Tools | Options | Send | HTML Settings. Is Send Pictures With Messages
checked?

First, the Shift keys don't work on your keyboard. Time to get a new
one.

Second, just what does "not receiving" mean? Do the photo-laden e-mails
get sent out okay from OE to your SMTP mail host? How BIG are these
e-mails that you are sending that have photos within them? No, not the
size of the file that you attach but the size of the E-MAIL iteself that
you tried to send? If the recipient does get your e-mail, just WHAT do
they get? Is there a red X where the images should be? Are you sending
in plain-text, HTML, or RTF format?

Third, considering how rambled is your post, especially the 3rd
sentence, did you mean to say that you have changed who is your e-mail
provider and you are now having difficulties with the new e-mail
provider? Well, what are their anti-spam or anti-abuse quotas, like the
maximum per-message size when sending outbound e-mails? Could be you
are exceeding their quota for the account type that you have with them.
So it comes back to how BIG is the photo-laden e-mail that you are
trying to send.
