I have been hanging around this newsgroup for a good five years and it was
not uncommon to see that specific error back then and all through years
since. God knows when it first started.
I wouldn't say it couldn't have been an update, but if it was, it isn't
specific to any one update. I have not seen anyone come up with the answer
to why this happens, but we are dealing with Outlook Express.
