Move To DeltaSync Postposed?

I have read here and elsewhere that the move from WebDav to DeltaSync has
been indefinately postposed, giving OE users a bit more time. Is there an
official announcement of the postponement from Microsoft available anywhere.

I believe that there was an E-mail to Hotmail accounts.
