Mail Recieving and sending problem?

An unknown error has occurred. Subject '', Account: 'localhost', Server:
'localhost', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Mailbox unavailable.',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

Please tell me the solution for the above

Localhost is not a correct account name. Review and correct your account
settings and then..............

This error is usually caused by scanning e-mail, or an anti-spam program.

Turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer
of protection that eats up CPUs and causes a multitude of problems such as
time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A/V program will

What happens when you try to send and receive messages? Any error
messages?

You need to check with your mail service for the correct settings.
