Hi All,

I am copied into some email messages in a way that the header shows as
'Apparently-To'.

In OE can't find a way of trapping these messages and moving them into a
folder using message rules.

Any ideas please.

Regards.
Bill.

If the 'Apparently-To' was not in the (To Field?) when the message was
downloaded from the server, an automatic message rule won't work.

You can create a rule:

Where the To line contains
Move it to the specified folder and Stop processing more rules
Click on Contains and Add: Apparently-To

But, you will have to go to that rule and click Apply Now for it to work.

IMHO, it would be faster to just hold down the Ctrl key while you highlight
the messages you want to move and then drag them to the folder manually.

You can't check on the 'Apparently-To' header in OE.

Assuming that you were in the BCC header of the sender, then you can do
some reverse logic.

Where the TO and CC does NOT contain your e-mail address. You start the
rule with TO and CC does contain and then click the Options button to
get the NOT.
