Most likely the address bar is hidden at the end of one of the other bars.
Right-mouse click on a blank area of one of the bars and unlock the tool bars.
Then look for a "light or faint" series of vertical dots in the tool bars.
Move your mouse over these dots until you get a 4 headed arrow cursor and move the dots.
This should show you a hidden tool bar. Move the hidden tool bar up or down and will become a
separate tool bar.
