i am running xp pro. sp2 , and i want to re format the hard drive, could
someone tell me how i do this.

This would best be asked in a Windows XP group, not an Outlook Express Group.
But that being said, you insert your Windows XP installation disk(s) and reboot your computer.
Then follow the instructions for installation of XP, the new installation will give you the option
format the disk.
If you just want to format the disk without installation of XP, you will need a 3rd party Hard Drive
disk.

Last, you have a shift key on your keyboard so that you can use capital letters at the beginning of
a sentence and for proper names.
