What happens when you try to install the ActiveX Control?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)?

I think all the ActiveX controls are installed in C:\Windows \Downloadable
Applications which can be accessed whenever any application needs it.

Anti Virus - AVG
Spyware - Sypware Doctor
I think i donot have any third party - firewall.

I have no idea whether my Internet Service Provider has a firewall.

What happens when you try to install this specific ActiveX Control? Any
error messages?

Did you purchase Spyware Doctor?

See if disabling Spyware Doctor OnGuard makes any difference: Open Spyware
Doctor | click on "OnGuard" button (left side) | uncheck/disable "Activate
OnGuard" | Exit.

Examples of a third-party firewalls: ZoneAlarm; Comodo.

ActiveX Control is not popping up my browser to install, the webpage just
opens and nothing seems to be happening. No error messages.

I did not purchase spyware doctor.I downloaded it from google pack.

I donot have any third party firewall.

I deactivated spyware doctor and tried to install but it is not getting
installed.

Do i need to disable firewall from control panel?
