Adaware?
Check for updates after downloading, then
run it, remove all red items.

Had the same problem. Go to Isearch.com At the bottom of
the home page select FAQ. At the bottom there is a link
to remove the damn thing and hey Presto.

Hi John

I had that tonite too. A real pain

On the isearch toolbar click home, then to FAQ, then to bottom of that
page It asks the question how do I get rid of isearch it will tell
you.

I actually just did a search for the file ddtool.dll (i think thats
the name) and deleted that file and now its gone. Thank goodness

What jerks they are to imbed their program into my IE. I will never
use their program fer sure.

John,

Rename the file named "HOSTS" (without a file extension). This tip is =
from MVP Mike Burgess. The HOSTS file will be present in the following =
location:

Windows XP=3DC:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K=3DC:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98\ME=3DC:\WINDOWS

Just rename the HOSTS file to OLDHOSTS and try the remaining part of the =
advice.
