Open Control Panel from Start> Settings> Control Panel. Open Internet
Options> Programs> Manage add-ons. Disable all add-ons. Open Internet
Explorer. Re-enable add-ons one at a time until the problem returns. The
last add-on to be enabled is the troublesome one.
